 With the official formation of the AMPP Thailand Chapter, it is with great honor and pleasure for me to introduce the officers to our community. The team envisions to grow and provide meaningful engagements and communication channels to AMPP members and stakeholders in Thailand.

KEN YONG - Chapter Chair

Ken has been in the corrosion prevention industry for 15 years. Currently NACE CIP 3 Certified, he has experience in conducting various SSPC programs including QP3, PCI, C7, C12, and C13 in the region.

He holds the position of Vice President for the distributorship of several global paint brands., and also holds Directorship in the Thai-Hong Kong Trade Association.

ATTAPONG TERDPRAVAT - Chapter Vice Chair

Attapong (Art) was the founding member of the NACE Bangkok Thailand Section in 2011. He continued to serve several leadership roles in the NACE community from Section Secretary to Section Trustee. Art has been involved in regional events especially East Asia & Pacific Area Conferences 2021 where he served as a session Vice-Chair. 

NARUMON SILABOONSAK - Chapter Secretary / Treasurer

Narumon has 25 years of experience in the coatings business with a global coatings company.

Narumon has served NACE/AMPP Thailand chapter since 2015 and enjoys promoting NACE/AMPP in order to achieve increased awareness of the society in the industry. She is excited about the opportunity to be part of the team / a new chapter.

PETER JOHNSON - Chapter Member-At-Large

Peter has been in the corrosion mitigation industry for over 12 years. Having worked closely with NACE to help run CIP courses and events, Peter took on a role with NACE Bangkok Section in 2020.

Peter holds a NACE CIP 3 certification and was an Engineering Manager at an Organic Coating Manufacturer for 9 years before becoming Director for APAC with a Total Surface Solution Supplier.
