Networking for Growth: AMPP Vietnam Chapter Hosts Its 1^st Intimate Session 

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – 15 October 2025 – The AMPP Vietnam Chapter successfully organized a networking session at a cozy venue in Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Vung Tau City), bringing together key chapter leaders and dedicated members. The event provided an excellent platform for professionals to connect, exchange insights, and discuss the chapter's forthcoming initiatives.

The session was attended by:

• Mr. Quoc (Bui Anh Quoc), Chair of the AMPP Vietnam Chapter
• Mr. Dong (Hoang Duy Dong), Vice Chair of the AMPP Vietnam Chapter

Establishment of the AMPP Vietnam Chapter

During the meeting, Mr. Quoc, Chapter Cahir, shared the journey of the AMPP Vietnam Chapter's establishment and articulated its vital mission to expand corrosion awareness and professionalism across the Vietnamese market. He highlighted the collective responsibility of members in advancing the corrosion control field, which is critical for sustainable industrial asset protection in the country.

The event commenced with a special note from Ms. Li Luang, who extended her congratulations on the successful formation of the Vietnam Chapter. She also took the opportunity to address member queries directly, providing essential guidance on the registration and renewal process for AMPP memberships. Furthermore, Ms. Li Luang introduced the procedures for joining the various Technical Communities of Interest (TCI), encouraging members to actively engage with specialized technical groups within AMPP.

Ms. Li Luang congratulated the Vietnam Chapter’s formation and guided members on membership renewal and TCI participation.

Looking Ahead: Announcing the Vietnam Painters Competition 2026

Following the discussion on the chapter's mission, Mr. Dong, Vice Chair, took the stage to unveil a major upcoming initiative: the Vietnam Painters Competition 2026. This event is being planned to elevate the skills and recognition of professional painters and coating applicators in Vietnam.

Mr. Dong strongly encouraged members to support and participate in the competition—whether through volunteering, sponsorship, or promotion - to ensure its success and maximize its impact on the industry's workforce development.
