Your chapter’s logo is more than just a graphic—it’s your identity.
It’s what tells members, sponsors, vendors, and future attendees:
“This is official. This is credible. This is AMPP.”
When someone sees your chapter logo on a flyer, website, email, or social post, they immediately associate it with the reputation, professionalism, and global strength of AMPP.
That’s powerful.
And with that power comes responsibility.
Logo guidelines aren’t about limiting creativity or making things complicated. They exist to protect the integrity of the AMPP brand — and by extension, your chapter’s credibility. When every chapter follows the same standards, we look unified, professional, and trustworthy across the globe.
And in today’s world, consistency equals confidence.
Every chapter communication reflects on the entire organization.
If logos are stretched, recolored, copied from the web, or swapped with the corporate logo, it may seem small — but to members, sponsors, and partners, inconsistency can create confusion:
Clear, consistent branding removes those questions.
It signals professionalism.
It builds trust.
It protects the AMPP name globally.
Each chapter receives its own official AMPP Chapter logo. This logo includes your chapter name and is specifically designed for local chapter business.
This is the logo that should appear on:
The AMPP corporate logo is reserved for the organization as a whole. It should not be used in place of your chapter logo.
Why?
Because the corporate logo represents AMPP headquarters and global operations — not individual chapters. Using the corporate logo in place of your chapter logo can unintentionally imply that headquarters is directly hosting, endorsing, or managing the activity.
By using your official chapter logo, you:
It’s both local and global — exactly how it should be.
Let’s make this simple and practical.
You can:
✔ Use it for official chapter business such as meetings, events, courses, sponsorship promotions, and member communications.
✔ Use the approved formats:
✔ Use only approved color variations:
✔ Maintain proper “clear space” around the logo so it remains readable and visually strong. Crowding it with text or graphics reduces impact.
✔ Pair it with sponsor logos — as long as placement rules are followed
✔ Place it on solid backgrounds that provide strong contrast so it remains legible.
When used properly, your logo elevates everything it appears on.
Here’s where we see the most accidental mistakes — and they’re usually unintentional.
✘ Do not change the colors.
✘ Do not stretch, skew, compress, or distort the logo.
✘ Do not crop parts of the logo.
✘ Do not add shadows, outlines, gradients, glow effects, or overlays.
✘ Do not recreate it in Canva or PowerPoint.
✘ Do not download it from the website and use it for print (resolution will be incorrect).
✘ Do not use the AMPP corporate logo in place of your chapter logo.
✘ Do not use the logo in a way that suggests endorsement of an outside company or organization.
Even small alterations weaken the consistency of the brand.
And once brand consistency erodes, credibility erodes with it.
One of the most important rules is this:
The logo may not be used in a way that suggests AMPP endorses a third party.
This protects:
For example:
These situations can create legal and reputational risk.
Brand guidelines aren’t just design preferences — they are protective measures.
When every chapter uses their logo correctly, it creates real advantages:
1. It Builds Credibility
Members and sponsors recognize professional, consistent branding. It signals stability and legitimacy.
2. It Protects the AMPP Brand Worldwide
One chapter’s branding reflects on all chapters. Consistency strengthens global reputation.
3. It Creates Recognition
When members see consistent design and logo usage, they quickly identify official AMPP Chapter communications.
4. It Increases Sponsor Confidence
Sponsors are more likely to invest in chapters that present themselves professionally.
5. It Reinforces Leadership
Brand stewardship is part of chapter leadership. Protecting the logo shows responsibility and maturity.
This isn’t just about compliance — it actually makes your life easier.
When you use the provided assets correctly, your materials instantly look polished and professional.
And that makes your job easier.
As a chapter leader, you are a steward of the AMPP brand in your region.
That’s a meaningful responsibility.
Protecting the brand doesn’t mean limiting creativity. It means working within a structure that strengthens all of us.
Strong brands are built on consistency.
Consistency builds trust.
Trust builds growth.
